Czarina Gatbonton - 2nd Runner-up Miss Humanity International 2011
Adventures of a Beauty Queen got the awesome news just now on the Facebook of beauty queen handler John de la Vega that his girl Czarina Gatbonton won 2nd Runner-up in the Miss Humanity International 2011 beauty pageant recently concluded in the beautiful country of Barbados!
The Miss Humanity International 2011 winner, Karabelo Mokoallo of Lesotho already knows our Czarina Gatbonton since the two girls had previously met and competed in the Miss World 2010!
If Czarina Gatbonton seems familiar to you, it’s because she was our Bb. Pilipinas World 2010, the same year that Venus Raj won. She has an amazing rags to fame story that is so inspiring! Whenever I feel down and defeated, I just think of Czarina Gatbonton and what she has been through to get where she is today and I am heartened once again

Once again Filipina beauty reigns supreme in the world of beauty pageants. Many thought that last year’s crop of beauty titles and runner-up positions was a fluke, but after Shamcey Supsup’s stunning placement as 3rd Runner-up in Miss Universe now followed by Czarina Gatbonton’s fantastic 2nd Runner-up performance at the Miss Humanity International 2011 shows that Filipinas can consistently excel in international beauty contests. We are on our way to regaining our Powerhouse Status in the world of international beauty pageants!
I know Czarina Gatbonton had her fair share of detractors who felt she was not ‘sophisticated’ enough for the international level but placing third in Miss Humanity International 2011 is complete vindication on her part. Her handler John de la Vega has really been successful in moulding this Bulakenya into a true international beauty! Hoping to see more of Czarina Gatbonton in the pageant circuit and the fashion world!

Duh.. its Miss Humanity which means “Miss Para Niyo ng away maganda Kami” I was wondering why SMA sent but looking at the other winners and contestants she was in the right pageant.
