Thanks for sharing this on this blog. As I’ve said when we saw each other in Cubao, I haven’t checked your food blog…because I didn’t know you are maintaining one. Now I know how to get there.

I’m really inspired by your weight loss. And you’re right, if you can do it, then I definitely can, too. Congratulations to you, and good luck to me.

BTW, when we bumped into each other at the supermarket, I wanted to look for you again inside the store. I would’ve asked you the difference between “whole wheat” and “whole meal.” I got confused which loaf to get at the bakery section because I didn’t know the difference. I just got the “whole meal” loaf because it was cheaper and had an longer shelf life.

I would not mind what mind what other people say as long as you feel good and iike what you see. Taking care of your body and your health is the most important thing. You are looking great with the before and after pics. I hope that you would maintain and keep doing it!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Both Lia & Shamcey were not local beauty queens but with their superb personalities they outshined the rest of their respective B.P.Batches…..Assunta de Rossi, Dimples Romana were reportedly wanted to join Bb.Pilipinas several years ago but they shine more on their respective acting careers) and recently Megan Young (kindly inform me if Megan will join 2012 Bb.Pilipinas along with GMA Starstruck Avenger, Arci Muñoz?).How about 1977 Bb.Pilipinas Miss Talent Awardee, the underrated (but one of finest Phil.actresses) Miss Susan Africa…There’s a lot of beautiful Filipinas that can compete in Miss World < this was close to the statement of Miss Charlene Bonnin Gonzalez when she was interviewed by media,as one of few selected to represent the country in 1999 Miss World (and many of Us agreed to Ms.Charlene's opinion) since the original Bb.Pilipinas World Winner Miriam Rendito Quiambao replaced Janelle Delfin Bautista as Bb.Pilipinas-Universe'99 due to Janelle's U.S. citizenship. When Miriam Quiambao being intervied by Paolo Bediones on Sunday afternoon talk show via GMA7(GMA5 in Davao), she was having a visitor, a fly,that landed on her nose.With that scenario, I was able to visualized(though it was vague) that she could be the one after Ma'am Margie Moran.But based on what I read in a national newspaper several years ago, I had discovered the "winning" formula was in Ma'am Gloria Maria Aspillera Diaz (stories from a Columnist)…

I DON’T ROLL MY EYES AT ALL!!!!!! i just close them and ground my teeth in frustration that i don’t have the discipline to go thru a diet like yours… hay naku, i can’t even reduce my carbo intake! LOL!

I actually envy your dedication! I’ve always been looking at your photos, and I say to myself, wow it is possible to have healthy delish food! I keep thinking I should try it, as well. But I’m not disciplined like you!:) Losing all that weight is a natural progression because you’re just eating what’s enough to keep your body healthy, so there’s no excess calories/fat, so no excess bulge! You just watch the bulges shrink away.

Recently, I found out I have high cholesterol, and I said to myself, there’s no better time for me to start making healthy choices but now. The first thing I did was check out your weight loss blog! It’s so inspiring! Especially on days I feel at a loss on how I could prepare my food, I look at your pictures and get ideas.

There’s nothing shameful with eating healthy- everytime one chooses to eat healthy, he/she chooses an extra week/month/year to spend with loved ones. That’s how I see it. It’s great that your family’s so supportive, wish I can say the same for mine
