Miss Bahamas Universe 2010, Braneka Basset
Just like the Philippines, Bahamas takes beauty pagents and beauty queens seriously. This year’s Ms Bahamas winner Braneka Bassett has a team of coaches prepping her for the biggest battle of her life: The Miss Universe 2010 Beauty Pageant in Las Vegas.
Braneka’s lead coach is none other than Grace Fontecha, the beauty expert who handled three of Venezuela’s six Miss Universe winners including Dayana Mendoza and Stefania Fernandez.
One thing about Braneka Bassett – don’t underestimate her brains! Throughout school she excelled and always made it into the honor rolls with a grade point average never lower than 3.5.
She also happens to be the co-founder of TingEm.com, a talent website where Bahamians can showcase their talents and be discovered!
