Miss Brazil Universe 2010, Debora Lyra
Débora Lyra enters the Miss Universe 2010 with an international beauty title already in her resumé. She is the winner of the Top Model of the World 2008 contest which was held in Germany that year. This 5’11″ winner also brings with her a wealth of experience in modeling with a career that began at age 8, thanks to her Dad who secretly took her to auditions behind her Mom’s back!
Being a famous beauty has always been Débora Lyra’s dream so winning beauty pageants are all in her plans. And so is graduating from Journalism to give her parents a better life.
At the moment, Debora Lyra is busy preparing for the Miss Universe 2010. Her biggest goal is losing 5 kilos before she arrives in Las Vegas for the beauty contest. Débora Lyra believes her voluptuous Brazillian curves might work to her disadvantage so she’s working out hard to achieve a slimmer version of herself as she prepared under the critical eye of beauty-queen-maker Jose Alonso Diaz.
As she looks to the future and beyond Miss Universe, Debora Lyra worries not about growing old. She says its the natural order of life. She knows that everything is fleeting so she tries to seize the moment and go the best possible way so can reap the benefits later.
