Safira de Wit is a professional 5’11″ model who says the biggest challenge in her life now is overcoming the prejudice people have against women who join beauty pageants. She says beauty contestants are not necessarily shallow; as a participant in a beauty pageant, she says a girl has to be knowledgeable on a wide range of subjects – from today’s society to world politics.
Safira de Wit insists she is as far away from shallow as she can get.
